🛍️ Returns

We want you to love your jewelry. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, you may return unused, unworn, and undamaged items within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be returned in original packaging with all tags intact.

  • A full refund (excluding return shipping costs) will be issued once the item is received and inspected.

  • Custom or personalized pieces are non-refundable.

📦 Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or has a craftsmanship issue, we’re here to help.

  • Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at sayahsina.collection@gmail.com.

  • Include your order number and photos of the item and packaging.

  • We handle these cases individually to ensure a resolution that meets your expectations — whether that's a replacement, repair, or refund.

📩 How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at sayahsina.collection@gmail.com. Include your:

  • Full name

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photo(s) if applicable

We will respond with return instructions and the return shipping address.

❗Important Notes

  • We do not accept returns for earrings due to hygiene reasons.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or defective.

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive your returned item.
